About our Shipping Process:
1. After the customer has successfully paid, we will contact the customer through whatsapp or email (so please leave the email address or whatsapp ID that can contact you in the order). After contacting the customer, we will confirm the delivery address with the customer. If we cannot reach the customer within 10 days after receiving the payment, we will refund the full amount to the customer's account!
2.Nice kicks can provide quality inspection pictures (if you need). Nice kicks will send you quality inspection photos (3-5 days process) before shipping. If you are not satisfied with the quality inspection photos, we can replace you with a pair of shoes or give you a full refund! After you confirm that there are no problems with the quality check photos, we will ship them!
No quality check photos are required before shipment (we can ship faster). After the package is sent, we will provide you with complete tracking details via email.
3. The shipping methods we use by default are DHL and EMS. If DHL and EMS cannot be delivered to the country/region, we will use other express mail (Epacket, Fex, UPS). The transportation time is about 7-15 days. After delivery, we will send you the package status and provide detailed tracking information via WhatsApp or email. General tracking information will be provided to you within 3-4 days.
PS: Due to the impact of COVID-19, the delivery time in some countries/regions may exceed 15 days. Please rest assured that we will work hard to coordinate to ensure that every package can reach the customer safely.
4. After sending the package, we will send the status of the package by mail and provide detailed tracking information. If you will find that your order status is "shipped", but you can't find the logistics information. Don't worry, this is normal. After 2 days, we will send you a tracking number via email. The tracking number can accurately check the package information. Please follow your mail.
